JIT Shower Pans have two kinds,Linear Drian Shower Pan and Square Drain Shower Pan.
JIT Shower pan is a high-quality alternative to traditional tiling, which is made of prefabricated JIT boards embedded with integral drainage to create level-access tiled shower areas. This system is supplied ready to install, which reduces the working time while offering a perfect substrate for plastering mosaic, natural stone or ceramics.
They also provide thermal insulation and are completely impermeable to water guaranteeing them to be totally leak-proof.
JIT has two kinds of Niche, EPS Niche and XPS Niche.
1.JIT prefabricated Niche is constructed of lightweight 2.5Lbs high-density expanded polystyrene with a waterproof finish and ready to tile. They are lightweight, durable and are not a food source for fungus and mold.
2.Other Tools & Materials Needed: Saw or utility knife for cutting substrate layer out niche location and 100% waterproof sealant.
